Mason Cave
Estimator

Mason Cave, has over 10 years of estimating and construction supervision experience. He is currently responsible for complete oversight of the estimating and sales department. Mason has been with the company for over two years.

Sara Eilers
Assistant Superintendent and Customer Care Representative

Sara Eilers, with more than 10 years� experience in interior design, is responsible for home walk-through inspections, scheduling construction trades, fulfilling warranty work, scheduling work-order appointments with homeowners, and maintaining model and inventory homes.

Wayne Evans
Vice President of Construction

Wayne Evans, with more than eight years of experience in residential home construction, is responsible for the overall management of home production. He oversees the production staff, monitors sight development progress and creates systems and procedures for production and service. Previously, Wayne served in the United States Air Force for six years where he instructed Department of Defense personnel on various survival and escape tactics and procedures.

Wendy Fite
Director of Sales Operations and Human Resources

Wendy Fite has been in the homebuilding industry since 2000 and has more than 20 years� experience in accounting. In her role, Wendy oversees payroll, cash management, compensation and benefits, and training and development for the MAC Homes� team. Additionally, Wendy has complete oversight of the sales team and sales process.

Jessica Rico
Construction Coordinator and Purchasing Manager

Jessica Rico brings a background in purchasing, sales and building permit filling to MAC Homes. In her role, Jessica is responsible for reviewing bids, awarding contracts, managing budgets, and ensuring the field staff have all of the proper building materials. Prior to entering the homebuilding industry, Jessica served in the United States Marine Corps.

Paul Smith

Paul Smith brings nearly 15 years of experience in purchasing and customer service to the company. In his role, Paul is responsible for home walk-through inspections, scheduling construction trades, fulfilling warranty work, scheduling work-order appointments with homeowners, and maintaining model and inventory homes.

Staff Accountant

Kristie Stilwell brings more than 10 years� accounting experience to the company. In her role, Kristie is responsible for overseeing all aspects of accounts payable, billings, field purchase orders, financial statements and the review and close of each home.
